Job Description:

As an Event/Security Staff member for A & A Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of event attendees through effective crowd management. This position requires individuals who can work in dynamic event environments, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and handle physical demands associated with the role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Crowd Management:
   - Maintain a visible and authoritative presence to deter unauthorized activities.
   - Effectively manage and direct crowds during events to ensure a safe and orderly environment.

2. Physical Requirements:
   - Stand for extended periods of time.
   - Perform bending and stooping as necessary.
   - Lift and carry equipment or objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

3. Communication:
   - Clearly communicate instructions to event attendees and fellow staff members.
   - Collaborate with team members and event organizers to address security concerns.

4. Emergency Response:
   - Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, following established protocols.
   - Work collaboratively with emergency services and event organizers to manage crises.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in event security or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of the job.

Working Conditions:

- Events may take place in various indoor and outdoor settings.
- Irregular working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
